Trevor Coston

Raised in Huntington, NY

Former All-American, All CAA- Defensive Back and punt returner for the University of Maine after starring at the University of Maine where he attended and earned his B.A in Child Development with  a minor in Physical Education and Kinesiology.  Trevor Coston ranked in the top 20 in the nation coming out of college signed with the Chicago Bears as a preferred Free Agent and played for the Detroit Lions of the National Football league. After finishing up his three-year stint in the NFL he went on to finish his playing career in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the Calgary Stampeders.

 Once the playing days were over, Trevor’s passion lied in serving others – specifically the youth of his hometown community. Seeing and helping others reach their dreams has always been the purpose behind “What is Your Aim” – from simple conversations to in depth training, Trevor possess a special gift very few people have. His natural ability to empower those around him and assist them in finding their aim is, is unmatched. Trevor wholeheartedly believes if you have an Aim you can succeed. From a College Counselor at Bridgton Academy in the state of Maine, All American Collegiate Athlete, Professional Athlete and most importantly a teacher, Trevor has combined his experiences and his passion to bring you- What Is Your Aim?

Randall Exantus

Raised in Huntington, NY

Former University at Albany Defensive back and Central Connecticut State University Defensive back/Returner Coach. As a preferred walk-on for UAlbany, Randall was able to earn a full athletic scholarship. During his time there he was elected captain from his peers and a member of back- to- back NEC conference championship teams. As a Defensive back coach at CCSU, Randall coached two All Conference and one All American Defensive back. 

Football has always been apart of Randall’s life and the dynamic of being able to give back to his community and use all the knowledge he’s gained through the years of coaching and playing, where he can make an everlasting impact to every kid he mentors, means everything to him. His Aim is to show each person their full potential and give each all the tools to become more than an exception athlete!

Derek Session

Born & Raised in Baltimore, MD

A former All-CAA wide receiver for the University of Maine. While at the University of Maine Derek received his B.A. in Communication Science & Disorders with a minor in Child and Family Development. Derek Was ranked 27th as a H-Back entering the 2012 NFL draft, and signed a free agent contract with the Buffalo Bills after completing rookie mini camp.

Beyond the field Derek is a loving husband and father of two. The foundation of Derek’s family is built on love, selflessness, hard work, dedication, and consistency. All of which he attributes to the game of football. Through Aim Precision Derek plans to pass these values on to every young man he can.
